Your tasks and responsibilities:
* Disciplinary and functional management of the team
* Responsibility for the selection, development and qualification of employees
* Drawing up target agreements and monitoring the achievement of targets for directly subordinate employees as well as conducting appraisals
* Planning resources and the deployment of staff within the team
* Organising the team including ensuring documentation of work processes
* Platform marketing FIs nat./international incl. coordination, execution and performance measurement (incl. KPI definition) of basic measures; Campaign management for national/international FIs, budget management (partial budget for channel FIs) and performance measurement (incl. KPI definition) as well as control of agencies and suppliers;
* Coordination and control of (joint) marketing activities with the companies of the UI Group
* Customer Marketing national/international
* Project management responsibility for operational tasks carried out by other staff for the target group FIs as part of the function Channel Marketing Manager Fund Initiators, in order to ensure the meaningful coordination of activities and consistent approach for this target group
* Supporting the Department Head in project work
* Compliance with quality targets (compliance with KPIs, processes, relevant SFOs, regulations (especially legal, compliance, tax, BCP, working time regulations of UI), auditing, RCSA, relevant legal requirements (e.g. DSGVO, competition law, copyright, tele media law, telecommunications law, press law, personal rights, intellectual property/trademark law).
* These tasks are exemplary. Other department-relevant tasks can also be assigned at any time
Your skills and experience:
* Degree in Business Administration or comparable education with relevant experience
* 7 to 10 years of professional experience in marketing of an asset manager, ManCo or custodian
* Initial successful management experience, e.g. through project management and/or technical responsibility for a specialist area in the marketing of an asset manager or ManCo
* Knowledge of the product range of an internationally active fund service provider (target group fund initiators)
* Strong project management skills
* Knowledge of the Luxembourg and Irish Manco market
* International experience in relevant fund launch locations advantageous
* Completed management programmes advantageous
* Strong communication, creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* Excellent written, oral, presentation and negotiation skills (German and English)
* Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work independently and in a problem-solving manner
* Assertiveness as well as the ability to work in a team, empathy, and enthusiasm
* Experienced use of MS Office, social media and other IT applications; affinity with design
