Position Summary
This role focuses on delivering modern solutions and processes for Human Capital Management (HCM) in the SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with specialists to analyze business requirements and develop technical implementations.
* Design and implement innovative interfaces, services, and processes for HCM solutions.
* Support the project team in developing and implementing HCM analytics or data warehouse solutions.
Requirements:
* Relevant academic background or IT training with substantial professional experience.
* PRACTICAL experience in implementing and supporting HCM environments in the SaaS environment.
* Proficient handling of modern interface technologies such as REST APIs and integration platforms like Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
* Good understanding of relevant infrastructure components and security topics related to SaaS.
