What you can expect
* You lead and develop a high-performing team in channel sales and partner management and foster a collaborative culture
* You are responsible for achieving targets, conduct pipeline reviews and deal strategies, and provide ongoing mentoring
* You work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure territory coverage, lead generation, and campaign execution
* You present sales and partner results to senior management and contribute to strategic business planning
* You monitor market trends, attract top talent, and consistently exceed the global team quota
What you bring with you
* A completed degree in engineering, computer science, business or a comparable field – ideally with a master’s degree or MBA
* In-depth experience in B2B enterprise software sales as well as partner and channel management, ideally in PLM, CAD, or industrial software
* Proven success in leading and developing sales teams and in achieving and exceeding revenue and team quotas in the multi-million range
* Strong ability to manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and successfully bring them to closure
* Independent, structured working style paired with high resilience, intercultural competence, and willingness to travel regularly (up to 40%)
* High-level communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
