Key Responsibilities
* Lead full execution of M&A mandates (sell-side and buy-side) across the mid-market.
* Manage day-to-day deal processes, including financial analysis, valuation, modelling, and preparation of marketing materials.
* Coordinate due diligence streams with clients, lawyers, accountants, and investors.
* Drive client communication and act as a trusted advisor to founders, CEOs, and shareholders.
* Work closely with Managing Partners to shape deal strategy and negotiation processes.
* Support business development, pitch creation, and sector research across multiple verticals (Tech, Industrials, Business Services, Life Sciences, etc.).
* Mentor Analysts/Associates and ensure consistent quality across deliverables.
What They're Looking For
* Ideally 4 - 7+ years of experience in M&A (IB, boutique).
* Strong execution track record in mid-market M&A.
* Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and project management skills.
* Confident communicator with ability to work directly with founders & executives.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, low ego, and ability to thrive in a fast, transparent, no-politics environment.
* Fluent German & English.
