Group Controller (f/m/d)
To support our Controlling team team we are searching for a Group Controller (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities at Group level and assist in the preparation of IFRS financial statements
2. Perform detailed cost analysis of central Group functions and act as a business partner to cost center owners, providing financial transparency and insights
3. Prepare management reports on Group financial performance, including variance analysis and key performance indicators
4. Contribute to the preparation of Group budgets and forecasts, covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement
5. Support special projects and provide ad-hoc financial analyses as required
WHO YOU ARE
6. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
7. Relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis in a corporate environment; alternatively, experience in external audit or management consulting at a Big Four company
8. Strong understanding of financial statements and planning processes, with good IFRS knowledge
9. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools like LucaNet or Power BI is a plus
10. Analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
11. Fluent in English; German is a plus
