As a Talent Attraction Associate, you will play a vital role in our Human Resources department, helping us to identify and attract top talent from across the industry.
Main responsibilities include:
* Gaining insight into our recruiting process and identifying areas for improvement;
* Learning how to screen resumes for various open positions, ensuring that we find the best candidates for our roles;
* Assisting with pre-screening candidates and managing our database effectively;
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling interviews and organizing job fairs;
* Helping to plan and organize HR-related events, such as recruitment fairs and training sessions;
* Participating in interviews with recruiters to gain experience and knowledge;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* To be currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year remaining on your course;
* To possess excellent communication skills, able to engage with a wide range of individuals, including applicants, colleagues and management;
* To have a high level of integrity and confidentiality, particularly when dealing with sensitive candidate information;
* To be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously;
* To be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages;
* To be detail-oriented and quality-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results;
* To be fluent in English (both spoken and written), with proficiency in French also being desirable; and
* To be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
