About the position: HIKMICRO is now looking for a Human Resources Administration Intern for the Europe HR Department. In this role, you will work closely with the Human Resources and General Affairs department to facilitate the administering of employee benefits like company cars and housing. It's the perfect learning opportunity to understand corporate procedures, gain exposure to stakeholder management, and a few HR modules. It prepares someone to later grow into the career paths of an HR specialist or a facility management specialist. Start date: As soon as possible Duration: At least 6 months, longer availability is preferable Work location: On-site in Frankfurt Responsibilities: Facilitate with the administering of employee benefits and other HR procedures, including: Interfacing with car dealers in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, and aligning expectations and timelines between different stakeholders while following relevant company policies. Managing the company accommodation in the Netherlands, including timely communication based on company housing policy with colleagues and real estate management agencies, answering questions on electricity, water, and heating providers. Processing the invoices related to different service providers. Supporting the on and off boarding process, maintaining inventory record on welcoming packages, computer laptops, and ordering business cards. Supporting communication with German government authorities and keeping track of physical letters. Taking part in the recruitment process, engaging in candidate sourcing, mapping, and interview scheduling. Performing any other ad hoc HR tasks as assigned. You are the perfect candidate, if you: have business proficiency in English, German and Chinese. are enrolled in a German higher education institution or currently in a gap between studies have an academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are available for at least 4 months, with a commitment of 3 working days per week possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail What can we offer?
