Role Overview As a Senior People & Culture Manager, you will drive the People agenda, acting as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring our culture, processes, and talent strategies scale with the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities Support and improve HR administration: workflows, contracts, certifications, and digital records. Ensure accurate monthly payroll in collaboration with our internal software and team. Serve as key contact for authorities, insurance providers, and tax advisors on daily topics. Maintain and optimize HR systems and tools including Personio and DEEL. Collaborate with external legal teams to review and implement policy updates as required. Required Skills & Experience Demonstrated success in personally sourcing, closing, and onboarding senior/high-profile talent. Proven track record in the industry of building culture and scaling People in a fast‑growing company and experience working closely with C‑Level. Advanced experience in data‑driven decision‑making, with a history of analyzing, reviewing, and redefining recruitment metrics to optimize processes and outcomes. Hands‑on expertise with Personio, coupled with a comprehensive and up‑to‑date knowledge of German employment law and its practical application in daily HR work. Strong service orientation mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across all levels and functions of the organization.
