What You’ll Do
1. Champion People Growth: Foster a culture of learning, guide career development, and support performance and development processes.
2. Design Learning Journeys: Create training catalogues, development plans, and learning paths that inspire growth and engagement.
3. Implement Smart Solutions: Turn concepts into reality by implementing HR processes and tools in Workday.
4. Drive Development Conversations: Support structured performance reviews and meaningful development dialogues across teams.
5. Shape Future Skills: Collaborate on innovative approaches to upskilling and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
What You Bring
6. Experience in People Development and/or Training within a large mid-sized organization
7. Degree in Human Resources or a related field with HR exposure
8. Strong conceptual thinking and organizational skills
9. Curiosity for digital HR tools and innovative learning approaches
