HR Business Partner at The Bicester Collection
About the role
As our Partnerships Manager (m/f/d), you will develop key and strategic relationships with local partners and support the Senior Partnerships Manager with international partners and the development of the MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) program. Your goal is to promote the Village and attract cosmopolitan, savvy, and sophisticated guests.
Key responsibilities
1. Promote Wertheim Village and Ingolstadt Village to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
2. Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with local partners, including Destination Marketing Organizations, hotel groups, concierge associations, and local attractions.
3. Develop new partnerships with expat communities, international schools, and cultural associations.
4. Establish relationships with 4/5-star hotels to create shopping packages, encouraging their guests to discover, shop, and recommend all villages of The Bicester Collection.
5. Partner with corporate entities such as credit card companies, banks, high-net-worth businesses, and closed user groups to increase usage of transport solutions, packages, and gift cards.
6. Manage the Tourism CRM program and Salesforce.
7. Develop a MICE strategy to position the Village as a venue for incentives and events.
8. Collaborate with the Village Marketing and Central Teams on initiatives and campaigns.
9. Identify partnership opportunities at international airports, railway stations, and hotels.
10. Create tailored packages for sale through third parties and online booking portals.
11. Distribute Tourism Marketing materials and seed campaign videos with partners.
12. Attend tourism marketing events, trade shows, and seminars as needed.
13. Support the Village Digital Team in maximizing online and social media opportunities for tourism.
About You
We seek an individual with the following experience and skills:
* Proven sales experience within the hotel, tourism, or MICE industry; broad European/international experience is advantageous.
* Experience in tourism, hospitality, or luxury brand segments.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar customer databases.
* Knowledge of the travel, fashion, and retail industries.
* Understanding of regional tourism activities and resorts.
* Experience targeting inbound and outbound tour operators.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with attention to detail.
* Solution-oriented and process-driven approach.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* International mindset and openness.
* Willingness to travel abroad.
* Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
