What You ll Do
* Lead and inspire the FOH team with a high level of hospitality
* Train, coach, and develop staff to uphold Clink! s service standards
* Oversee daily restaurant operations
* Manage labor, scheduling, and service standards
* Create and manage FOH staff schedules
* Effectively pace the floor to ensure smooth, thoughtful service flow
* Coordinate large groups, private events, and other events
* Assist with booking musicians and entertainment
* Engage with the local community and build brand relationships
* Communicate and collaborate with BOH during service
* Coordinate with Chefs on seasonal menu changes & specials
* Partner with Bar Leadership on seasonal cocktail programming & wine list
* Help create and refine systems for stronger workflow and efficiency
* Support FOH inventory management
* Handle guest concerns and issues effectively with professionalism and care
* Drive guest satisfaction and service recovery
What We re Looking For
* 5+ years restaurant management experience
* High level of hospitality and guest awareness
* Strong leadership and training ability
* Wine and cocktail knowledge is a plus
* Highly organized with strong operational awareness
* Solution oriented mindset with proactive follow through
* Growth mindset with enthusiasm for building and evolving systems
* Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and act in a timely manner
* Positive energy, professionalism, and excitement for leadership
* Passion for community engagement and brand building
* Financial management experience (labor & P&L)
* Upscale hospitality driven service background preferred
