Overview:

The Munich office is a key hub for the DACH region, investing across diversified sectors such as industrials, healthcare, business services, consumer, and technology. Following a record fundraise and several high-profile exits, the team is expanding at Associate level to support continued investment activity across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the full deal cycle including sourcing, valuation, and execution of investments across multiple industries
• Build detailed financial models and conduct market, operational, and strategic analyses
• Participate in due diligence processes alongside external advisors and management teams
• Work directly with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and bolt-on acquisitions
• Develop thematic insights and sector research to identify new opportunities in the DACH and broader European markets
• Prepare materials for investment committee presentations and internal approvals
Candidate Profile:
* 1.5–4 years of experience in investment banking (M&A or leveraged finance), top-tier consulting, or private equity / growth investing
* Strong academic performance from a leading institution
* Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities
* Fluent in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated interest in private equity and a willingness to relocate to Munich
