Howyou will create an impact: Digital strategy &transformation leadership: Lead and drive a multi-year global digital marketing and transformationstrategy, in close partnership with the CMO, embedding scalable, insight-ledapproaches aligned with growth priorities and go-to-market plans Channel strategy: Define and leadthe global digital channel strategy, prioritization and orchestration ofhigh-impact digital programs supporting all channels (e.g. email, paid media,organic search, social), including purpose, target audiences, messaging, andbest practices, while establishing scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows. Channel governance & performance management: Establishgovernance frameworks and performance standards by defining KPIs, dashboards,and measurement models, while monitoring ROI, pipeline impact, and campaigneffectiveness and embedding a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimizeperformance Customer experience & campaign enablement: Shape andenable a unified digital customer journey in partnership with seniorstakeholders by aligning strategy, messaging, and lead generation, whilesupporting local teams with global tools and frameworks and driving theevolution of the marketing technology ecosystem in collaboration with IT, CRM,and Compliance teams Stakeholder management: Act as astrategic advisor and execution partner to senior stakeholders acrossmarketing, sales, and leadership, leveraging strong influencing skills to drivealignment and translating business strategy into scalable, data-driven digitalinitiatives Collaboration & team leadership: Coordinatecross-functional collaboration and high-performing teams to deliver scalabledigital solutions, combining deep expertise in digital marketing, strongcommercial acumen, and experience in building capability-driven operatingmodels and driving digital transformation across global organizations About you: Recognized leader in digital marketing with deep expertise in multichannel strategy and execution across global markets. Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to operate across marketing, sales, data, and technology. Experience building and leading centralized digital or capability-driven operating models within matrix organizations. Expertise in designing channel portfolios, balancing brand-building and demand generation objectives. Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable, data-driven digital campaigns supported by automation and insights. Experience in digital transformation, including platform selection, vendor management, and innovation.
