1. Define analytics strategy, OKRs & use-case funnel (spend, savings, performance) aligned with Group Procurement targets
2. Manage Lufthansa Group’s Procurement Analytics Suite
3. Prioritize backlog & feature development
4. Lead agile squad of 5 analysts/data scientists
5. Develop price forecasts, risk dashboards, simulators
6. Translate models into Power BI visuals/storyboards
7. Drive data-literacy for category managers, buyers, executives
8. Extract insights for strategies & process optimization
9. Research industry trends & regulations
10. Guide teams on analytics tools & best practices
11. Analyze S2P performance, drive improvements, oversee features
12. Report on strategic effectiveness, efficiency & bottlenecks

13. Master’s degree in data science, business analytics, or similar
14. 8 + years in procurement / supply-chain analytics, incl. 3 + years team leadership
15. Proven track record turning analytics into savings / value / risk mitigation
16. Expert in SAP Data Sphere/SAP BW (or Snowflake), SQL, Python or R
17. Advanced Power BI incl. DAX/M and data-modelling best practice
18. Solid grasp of ML/AI lifecycle & MLOps
19. Agile product management (Scrum / Kanban)
20. Benefit-tracking & NPV modelling
21. Interest in emerging technologies like AI, ML, Blockchain, RPA, IoT
22. Strategic storyteller able to engage C-suite
