Our truly international client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support its growing portfolio of industrial, commercial, and large-scale residential construction projects across Germany.
This role requires strong on-site leadership, technical depth, and full mobility nationwide.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the qualified management of turnkey construction projects, ensuring delivery on quality, safety, timelines, and cost.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overall site management of all turnkey construction trades
* Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, deadlines, and budget targets
* Tendering, awarding, and coordination of subcontractors
* Invoice verification, measurement checks, and documentation
* Independent invoicing of construction services
* Client support during the warranty phase
Projects include:
* Large-scale residential developments (minimum 50 residential units per project)
* Warehouses, production halls, and office buildings
* Industrial and commercial construction (no detached or semi-detached housing)
Onboarding will take place at the Düsseldorf headquarters, with initial project assignment potentially in Mannheim. Long-term, this is a nationwide site-based role

Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
* Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
* or technical qualification with substantial site experience
* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Site Manager in Germany
* Strong background in turnkey construction (industrial, commercial, or large-scale residential)
* Solid knowledge of VOB regulations
* Experience in subcontractor coordination and resource planning
Languages
* German – minimum C1 (essential)
* English – minimum B1
Other Requirements
* Class B driving licence (mandatory)
* Full willingness to travel and work on sites nationwide (100% mobility required)
* On-site presence required during the week (home office not possible)
