About this Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ProcessEngineering Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellentopportunity to gain hands-on experience in process improvement, manufacturingoperations, and engineering design. You will work closely with experiencedengineers to support projects that enhance production efficiency, productquality, and safety. What you'll do
* Assist in analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
* Collect, organize, and interpret data to support process optimization.
* Support the development and testing of process improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
* Document procedures, test results, and engineering changes.
* Participate in troubleshooting production issues and proposing solutions.
* Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and standard operating procedures.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Interest in manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
* Professional proficiency in Dutch and English, be able to produce clear, accurate written documents and conduct verbal communication.
