Role Overview
This role focuses on driving the growth and effectiveness of Web Shop implementations for gaming partners. You will combine game economy expertise, analytics, and product thinking to improve monetization outcomes, support partner engagements, and influence the Web Shop product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pre-sales and partner engagements with expert materials, workshops, and solution design.
* Analyze live Web Shops, player behavior, and game economy metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
* Develop data-driven growth plans and monetization best practices for partners.
* Create expert content: guides, case studies, and internal knowledge base materials.
* Collaborate with product teams on new Web Shop features and roadmap decisions.
* Research market trends, competitor solutions, and emerging eCommerce models in gaming.
* Maintain structured documentation and standardize repeatable solutions (the role involves communication with international clients).
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry (Game Designer, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar).
* Strong expertise in F2P monetization and game economy modeling.
* Solid analytical skills: hypothesis building, metric evaluation, impact assessment.
* Understanding of live-ops, in-game events, and monetization mechanics.
* Fluent English, written and spoken.
