For our office in Nuremberg, we are looking for a Data Engineer (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
* Manage and organize large datasets used for training computer vision AI models
* Collaborate closely with AI and Computer Vision engineers, providing data-related support
* Create and maintain image and video databases
* Build and maintain end-to-end data processing pipelines, from raw data ingestion through annotation and post-processing
* Ensure data quality and implement data tracking and governance practices
* Apply DataOps, DevOps, and MLOps principles to automate workflows, improve reliability, and enable continuous delivery of data assets
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
* Experience with databases and database management
* Familiarity with tools such as MinIO, Ceph, Docker, Kubernetes, CVAT, and Roboflow
* Experience with programming languages such as Python
* Proficient in Bash scripting
* Experience working in Linux (particularly Ubuntu) is desired
* Familiarity with computer vision + image and video processing software is preferred Strong English skills
