Role Summary
Support of client onboarding team, research of various sub fund entities, specification of non legal and legal sub account structures, as well as corresponding with clients, investment/fund managers, using LEIs (legal entity identifiers).
Distribution of KYC documentation with stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure a smooth KYC client onboarding and to support establishing strong client and bank relationships. The research sources eare mainly accessible in the public domain (GLEIF, regulatory authorities’ and asset managers’ websites). The Individual has to ensure an accurate collection of required fund entity details and a thorough entry/submission of acquired data into Bank’s KYC and CRM applications.
Position Description
As a candidate for the mentioned job title you will be supporting the KYC client onboarding team for the products Fixed Income, Equity and treasury with bank internal onboarding requirements.
Additionally, the individual will be asked to support the Business Management and Front Office within project work. The role will also be required to to interact with Front Office and Support Team, reporting on progress, raising unclarified issues, following some induction and training sessions. It is benefical for the Individual to show some of these skills but is not a must:
* Business administration / economics studies and MS Office - especially Excel - are definitely a plus.
* Good English language skills
* Advanced interest in research activities in the internet /intranet
* Comprehension and interest within legal contentsand applying country related web pages
* KYC and Compliance knowlege
* Previous activities in Finance and / or Banking
