We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales based in DACH to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team based in Germany and the Netherlands. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and excellent people management skills. Head of Sales (m/w/d) Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy for DACH, BENELUX and Nordic countries to achieve business objectives. Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team (approx. 4-5 colleagues) to meet and exceed targets. Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, finance and operations teams to align sales efforts. Monitor sales performance metrics and report to senior management. Stay up to date with healthcare trends and competitor activities. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally in healthcare/ medical imaging and/or nuclear medicine. Good knowledge of the healthcare markets and potential opportunities. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience in matrix management and stakeholder engagement. Evidence-based decision making and focus on continuous development. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
