Position title SAP Human Resources iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Learning & Development
Work Area: Human Resources
Location: Walldorf (80% onsite / 20% remote)
Expected start date: August 01, 2025 (or later)
In this role, you’ll:
1. Contribute to the development and design of learning content for the virtual Early Talent Program
2. Support the conceptual and operational planning, organization, and execution of virtual events, including administrative and logistical coordination
3. Draft, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications across various channels
4. Collaborate closely with trainers, facilitators, and team members to ensure the accurate delivery and continuous maintenance of all learning materials
5. Oversee and manage backend operations related to learning content, including the organization and transfer of materials within relevant platforms
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

7. Preferred fields of study: Business administration, educational sciences, psychology fields, social sciences or comparable
8. Computer skills: Confident use of MS Office applications, especially good PowerPoint & Excel skills; nice to have: picture/video editing skills
9. Language skills: Strong English skills written and spoken, German is a plus
10. Soft skills: Team player, very strong communication skills, high commitment and accountability, proactive & independent work ethic
11. Other important skills/experience: Work experience in corporate HR (or Learning) is appreciated
12. Working from office is required (Walldorf)
