As a Service Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and evolving the IT service portfolio to ensure strategic alignment, transparency, and efficiency in delivering services across the organization.
Key responsibilities include managing and structuring the service portfolio, ensuring transparency and consistency across all services, defining and governing service design principles, structures, and documentation standards, collaborating with various teams, and providing regular reporting and risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Several years of experience in IT service management are required. Additionally, exceptional conceptual thinking and communication abilities, as well as practical experience in IT service management, are highly valued.
