Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, and market access) to create and implement effective commercial initiatives. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and ensure optimal resource allocation. Sales Management: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide actionable feedback to ensure team success. Drive sales excellence through innovative approaches and best practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and key opinion leaders. Represent the company at key events, conferences, and meetings. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Market Insights: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, treatment guidelines, and healthcare policy changes. Provide insights to the senior management team to support strategic decision-making. Compliance and Governance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to ethical standards, industry regulations, and corporate compliance policies. Conduct regular training to keep the team updated on compliance guidelines. Qualifications and Skills: Education and Experience: Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience in pharmaceutical sales, field-sales management, marketing, and extensive experience in a leadership role and people management.
