Your responsibilities:
* You'll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help. 🗺️
* Guide our customers through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks. 💳
* Jump in and save the day when someone's travel plans hit a bump. 🦸
* Chat or talk with passengers, whatever helps solve their problem fastest.
* Create real connections. We want customers to remember you, the awesome human who helped them out. 😊
We're looking for someone who:
* Speaks Danish fluently (C1) and has solid English (B2).
* Is positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings. 🌄
* Listens first, then speaks clearly and confidently. 😎
* Is organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball. 🤹
* Already lives in Poland or is ready to relocate to Warsaw independently.
What we offer:
* Salary: 11,000 PLN gross monthly, a salary that goes a long way in Warsaw, where the cost of living is significantly lower than in Denmark.
