What the job involves The Investment Manager will play a key role across the investment lifecycle, including origination, execution, and portfolio management within the mid-cap strategy. Leading and supporting investment analysis, due diligence, and financial modelling on new opportunities Driving transaction execution, including coordination of advisors and negotiation processes Taking ownership of key workstreams in investment memos and IC materials Working closely with portfolio company management teams on value creation initiatives Supporting buy-and-build strategies and international expansion projects Contributing to origination and relationship-building across the European mid-market Monitoring portfolio performance and supporting strategic decision-making at board level Who we are looking for Several years of experience in private equity with background in investment banking or consulting Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and execution skills Strong commercial judgement and interest in value creation in portfolio companies Ability to take ownership and work independently while collaborating in a team environment Exposure to B2B sectors such as healthcare, technology, or business services is an advantage Strong communication skills and ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders Fluent in German and English LI-IS1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
