About the Position
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for coordinating and supporting research activities within the institution.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to principal investigators and research staff, including portfolio management and research administration tasks.
* Assist in identifying, acquiring, and managing research grants from various national, European, and international funding agencies.
* Monitor the entire grant life cycle, from proposal writing to project execution, reporting, and closure.
* Evaluate and ensure quality assurance and compliance with requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
* Advise on financial and human resources allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as grant and project management.
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in externally funded projects.
* Proven experience in writing grant proposals and grant management.
* Familiarity with Luxembourgish and EU funding programs.
* Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
