One Click LCA is hiring a Website Growth Manager to own the performance and improvement for our B2B websites and B2B web shop — leading their evolution into high-performing revenue channels. Inbound traffic already delivers over 80% of company revenue, and the web shop is a fast-growing route for direct software sales.

This role blends strategic planning with execution. You will define growth areas, create action plans, set priorities, and rally colleagues to improve our websites and web shop — while also acting as a hands-on project manager who can execute the tasks themselves. The focus is clear: optimize for conversion, pipeline, and sales. If you can balance planning with execution, and lead others to treat the website as a product that sells, this role is for you.

The AI-powered software decarbonises and drives sustainability across the construction value chain with scientific, easy-to-use, automated life-cycle assessment (LCA) and environmental product declarations (EPDs) to calculate and reduce the environmental impacts of building, infrastructure, and renovation projects and products.

You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team working in a flexible, friendly, and international work environment. You will be reporting to the Growth Marketing Team lead.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Europe.


What you will do:

* Own the strategy, roadmap, and results of the websites and B2B web shop by leading improvements across content, design, UX, and technology.
* Lead end-to-end website projects, coordinating with marketers, designers, developers, and external partners to deliver on time and at high quality.
* Run CRO experiments (A/B tests, behavioural analytics, UX improvements) to identify friction points and increase conversions.
* Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and speed up delivery — a willingness to explore and apply these tools is essential.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on websites & web shop performance, ensuring visibility for the whole team.


What you bring:

Required:

* 3–5+ years of experience in website projects or growth marketing, ideally with CRO, website funnel optimization, or managing multilingual websites.
* Experience using CMS platforms (e.g. Hubspot), SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush), and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4).
* Self-driven and analytical, with a strong sense of ownership — able to set direction, rally others, and work hands-on to deliver results on time.
* Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and explain processes clearly.
* Eagerness to learn and apply new tools or approaches, including AI for website development and optimization (e.g. AIO, GEO).

Nice to have:

* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
* Familiarity with A/B testing tools, e.g. Optimizely
* Understanding technical SEO and structured data
* Experience with e-commerce or self-serve B2B SaaS sales


What success looks like:

* Website conversion rates & volume of MQL from the website improved across key entry points
* Web shop sales volume and average order value increase
* Campaign landing pages convert better with every iteration
