Now is your chance to join our HR Team! We are looking for a fulltime (40 hrs/ week) HR Specialist (Analytics, Reporting, Administration) (m/w/d) in Goch.
You will play an instrumental role in further structuring and digitizing our HR processes and administration. In addition, you will set up and drive – together with Controlling - meaningful reports about HR related statistics and KPIs. Going beyond that, you will contribute actively to implement AI in a structured way to make HR processes across the Employee Life Cycle more efficient. xjliken Last but not least, you will support current basic HR administrative tasks.
