As a Sales Manager for our client, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and market presence in Germany.
Conduct Store Checks and supervise the implementation of sales initiatives. Ensure compliance with company standards at retail locations.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
Planning and executing targeted sales campaigns to maximize revenue and market reach.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, conduct market analyses, and present findings to senior management
2-5 years of proven experience in sales management or business development, within the FMCG industry.

~ Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
