We are looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Specialist to take the helm of our paid campaigns. If you know how to manage budgets,tame Smart Bidding algorithms in Google, scale sales on Facebook/Instagram, and if charts and ROAS are your second language – this role is for you!
Your Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok campaigns.
* Optimization of campaigns focusing on Lead Acquisition Cost and ROAS at a large scale.
* Account Structure Management: Maintaining keyword hygiene,exclusions, and testing bidding strategies (tCPA, Portfolio Bid Strategies).
* Scaling Results: Skillfully increasing budgets in PMax campaigns without destabilizing the algorithms.
* Analytics & Reporting: Working with Google Analytics 4,analyzing attribution, and drawing business insights from data (beyond just reporting clicks).
* Collaboration: Working with the graphic/creative team to produce effective ad creatives and running A/B tests.
Our Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in independently managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (monthly budgets of at least tens of thousands).
* Proficiency in the Google Ads ecosystem: Specifically Performance Max mechanisms, keyword match types, and Smart Bidding strategies.
* Understanding of Meta Ads specifics: Attribution challenges,Pixel/CAPI configuration, and creative testing.
* Analytical Thinking: You understand why results might dip and don’t make rash decisions based on incomplete data.
* Organization & Independence: We are looking for a strategic partner, not just a task executor.
* Must be proficient in English and Polish language.
* Knowledge of German language is desirable.
