Footwear Product Development Specialist
We are seeking an experienced footwear professional to lead the development of innovative EVA and PU injected footwear from initial design to production readiness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all technical development phases, including planning, prototyping, 3D construction, and mold making. This will involve collaborating closely with internal design teams and product line managers during product development, as well as coordinating with material suppliers and overseeing 3D design and mold manufacturing processes.
To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing methods, construction, materials, and mold-making. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills are also essential for success in this role.
In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technical development and production innovation, with a curious and product-driven spirit. Fluency in English is required, with German being an asset.
