Your tasks
* In your "IAM Processes" team, you will take on the role of Asset Owner and manage applications and systems, including governance and error handling
* You have an overview of compliance for our applications and ensure it through precise documentation and implementation of regulatory requirements
* As the contact person for "your" assets, you manage the technical conception, coordination and interface management from a single source and are also on hand with the necessary information for external audit inquiries
* You know how a process must be structured to ensure efficiency and performance, and what is necessary and possible in terms of cost-effectiveness and regulation
* You support us in authorization management with the development of new processes, controls, guidelines, work instructions and process documentation
* And because you value qualitative and sustainable development as much as we do, you give free rein to your curiosity, constantly educate yourself with regard to security and identity and access management and are always at the forefront when new projects are on the agenda
Your profile
* Degree in (business) informatics, IT-related training (e.g. as an IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
* Know-how in Identity & Access Management or Asset Ownership and ideally several years of professional experience
* Practice in agile project methods
* Ability to structure complex projects from idea to implementation, define milestones, assess risks and use resources efficiently
* Experience in organizing and prioritizing tasks within a cross-functional team (squad), including sprint planning, capacity management and continuous coordination with stakeholders
* Ability to moderate meetings and planning sessions in a targeted manner, communicate tasks clearly and enable the team to organize itself
* Talent for quickly grasping complex interrelationships, translating them into structured plans and adapting these flexibly to changing conditions
* Independent and service- and solution-oriented way of working
* Analytical and abstract thinking skills
* Innovative spirit and a sense for sustainable solutions
* Strong communication skills in German and English
