Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
1. Develop industry leading creative solutions for assigned concept or category, to create a highly relevant, desirable and clear adidas brand image, from sell in to sellout (consumer-facing)
Key Responsibilities:
2. Lead the creative development for campaign or category across multiple consumer touchpoints, from 2D to retail to digital to motion
3. Develop concepts and creative strategies that fulfill objectives of category, concept, or brand briefs
4. Collaborate with Product Design team to ensure holistic storytelling
5. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consumer- and brand focus
6. Lead the execution of creative strategies to ensure end to end creative excellence from sellin to sellout (consumer-facing)
7. Direct a variety of creative resources (agencies, freelancers, writers, photographers, etc) on development of creative execution to ensure holistic creative excellence
8. May lead, mentor and administrate a team of internal direct reports
9. Review and approve production stages of final creative execution
10. Maximise results within given budget and timeframes
11. Participate in the creation of annual and long-term Creative Direction strategies
12. Present and communicate objective creative solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to variety of stakeholders
13. Identify opportunities of improvement and change, and initiate own proposals/projects
14. Seek out new Design resources that can deliver world class results
15. Creating 3D concept representation, 3D assets, digital product information for an accurate development and decision-making process

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
23. IT skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint: advanced /Outlook
24. Design apps: expert
25. Strong visual and verbal skills with the ability to create impactful/exciting visuals
26. Art Direction of large scale product and athlete/celebrity photoshoots
27. Language: English: excellent
28. Strong 3D skills and knowledge of virtual tools are required
APP tools: Clo3D, Browzwear, VStitcher or similar 3D fashion design tools
FTW tools: Rhino, Modo, ICAD Pro, or similar 3D design tools
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
29. Under-graduate level Design education or combination thereof
30. Solid education and advanced experience in the creative development of communication tools
31. At least 8 years experience in Sporting Goods/Fashion Industry or Design on managerial level
32. Proven experience with the entire design process (project scope and time planning, design steps, production/execution of design solution, pre-press processes)
