Job Title:

Business Development Manager


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and manage key accounts in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, excellent negotiation and analytical skills, and experience working with major retailers.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop Commercial Strategies: Develop and execute commercial strategies for the DACH market, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the region's retail landscape and major players.
* Maintain Client Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including major retailers, through exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.
* Oversee Sales and Profitability: Oversee sales, margins, and profitability in the region, identifying opportunities for optimization and driving results-oriented decision-making.
* Analyze Business Success Factors: Analyze and improve key business success factors, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with Marketing Team: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing strategies, develop new products tailored to the DACH market, and coordinate promotional activities, digital marketing, and PR initiatives.


Requirements:

* Minimum 3 Years Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing key accounts, preferably in FMCG/beauty/retail.
* DACH Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the DACH market and experience working with major retailers, such as DM and Müller.
* Negotiation and Analytical Skills: Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
* Marketing Experience: Experience in marketing initiatives and product development, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
* Languages: Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Travel: Willingness to travel for business and collaborate with international teams.
