A leading European video streaming platform is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for ingesting, processing, and storing large-scale live and on-demand video content.The platform delivers thousands of live channels and on-demand assets to millions of users, requiring highly scalable and reliable video infrastructure.This role combines technical leadership and people management, guiding a team responsible for video ingestion pipelines, encoding workflows, and distributed storage systems.The RoleYou will lead a team responsible for the systems that capture, encode, and store live television and VOD content at scale.
