We are seeking a seasoned legal expert to join our team as a Legal Counsel. In this key role, you will provide critical support to our business operations by managing and preventing legal risks related to technical inspection activities. Your expertise will ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, thereby safeguarding our reputation and maintaining a strong market position.
Job Description
The Legal Counsel will be responsible for:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers;
* Providing legal guidance on complex cases in collaboration with engineers and management;
* Analyzing and managing disputes related to construction projects, including damages, liabilities, and insurance.

You will ensure that all entities within our organization comply with local regulations, statutory documents, and legal obligations. This includes preparing and assisting in organizing Board of Directors meetings and overseeing internal procedures.

Coordination and Cross-Functional Role
In this cross-functional role, you will act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, lawyers, insurers, and authorities. You will work closely with the General Manager, HR Department, and operational teams to promote internal awareness of legal matters through training sessions, memos, and procedures.

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A Master's degree in Law (preferably in Business Law and/or Construction Law);
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar position or in a law firm, ideally within the construction or engineering sector;
* Strong knowledge of Luxembourg law and contractual practices in the construction industry;
* Excellent communication and analytical skills; pragmatic, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset;
* Fluent in French and English (German or Luxembourgish would be an asset).
