This job opening focusses on the German Market, seeking someone with a strong Design Management background in the local DC sector. This will require deep engagement to materialize and to ensure and timely delivery, meeting the recurring clients’ deadlines, budget and requirements. The design manager identifies the right level and capability of resources to be deployed on the project. It is the design managers responsibility to ensure the right level of bidding and pricing of new opportunities ensuring they are delivered as sold fees and margins.
