In this role, you will drive meetings and tasks around the CHRO, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the TRATON GROUP.JOB DESCRIPTIONYou will support the Group CHRO in fulfilling his duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations (e.g., by creating, gathering, and verifying content for both internal and external presentations)You will provide administrative support and assist by managing matters related to various board meetings, committee reports, minutes, and tasks of supervisory board, and international People & Culture meetings (including process preparations and follow-ups)You will work collaboratively with the CHROs of the TRATON brands and various staff in Group Human Resources to support business objectives and strategic HR goalsYou will independently develop and manage strategic and operational special tasks, projects, and events (e.g. preparation of the CHRO LinkedIn communication)You will take on a deputy role for the Executive Assistant to the CFO and closely cooperate with the Executive SecretaryYOUR SKILLSYou have a university degree in Business, Psychology, Law, Communication Studies, or a related field with results above the averageMinimum 5 years of professional working experience in an international company desirably in an HR roleIdeally, you have managerial experience with demonstrated leadership skillsYou are an organized, self-driven team player who knows how to keep things confidential with effective communication skills and the ability to independently drive and steer projects to successWillingness to work overtime as needed and accompany the CHRO on regular business tripsVery good written and verbal communication skills in English and German - Swedish and/or Portuguese language skills are a real plusWHAT TRATON OFFERS YOU/ A very good salary package according to IG Metal and Electro collective bargaining agreementincl.
