Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent administrative skills and strong communication abilities? We are looking for an individual to join our team as an HR Assistant.
Job Responsibilities
* Staff Administration:
o Manage onboarding, internal mobility and offboarding of staff, including communication and coordination between various departments.
o Ensure the management of employer's obligations toward authorities and coordinate with external providers.
o Handle employees' questions and requests, and administer HR documents.
* Payroll:
o Oversee payroll calendar and processes, coordinate with payroll providers, and prepare payroll.
o Monitor compliance with collective agreement if applicable, manage tax cards, and check payroll output documents.
o Collaborate with the finance department to manage salary bank accounts.
* Benefits Administration:
o Manage company cars, luncheon vouchers, pension/health plans, incentive/bonus plans, interest subsidies, and other benefits.
* Training:
o Manage training requests and training subsidies.
