Would you like to put your many years of experience in technical plant engineering to good use and help shape large-scale projects? At INP, you will be responsible for the high-quality and timely implementation of challenging construction projects in the field of technical building equipment (MEP) – with a direct impact on the energy transition.
Your tasks
1. On-site supervision and technical inspection of installation work in the field of MEP
2. Management and coordination of the external installation company
3. Documentation of construction progress, including preparation of construction site reports
4. Review and approval of quantity statements and performance records of contractors
5. Participation in project meetings and coordination with customers, departments, and partners
6. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and all legal requirements
Your qualifications
7. Completed training as a technician or master craftsman in mechanical engineering, supply engineering, or comparable qualification
8. Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in complex technical projects
9. In-depth knowledge of monitoring and quality control of technical building equipment
10. Experience in managing external companies and coordinating technical construction processes
11. Fluent written and spoken English, German skills are an advantage
12. Driver's license
