1. In this role you will partner with line managers on all strategic and operational HR matters
2. Executing activities across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth and consistent processes
3. You will manage the full recruitment process for the assigned business areas
4. Advising managers and employees on all individual and collective labor law topics, providing clear and practical guidance
5. You work closely with employee representatives and ensure the implementation of works council–related requirements
6. You support managers and teams in their development, providing hands‑on guidance during team building and growth phases
7. Ensuring efficient HR processes and continuously improving workflows and standards
8. You independently manage HR projects and take responsibility for special HR topics as needed
9. Using HR systems and digital tools effectively to support daily work and enable data‑driven decisions
10. You drive the rollout and adoption of digital HR tools and technologies in line with legal and compliance standards
What makes you great
11. Successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR, a legal background or a comparable HR qualification
12. You have several years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
13. You bring solid knowledge of labor law and works council topics, including experience collaborating with works councils
14. Experience in chemical tariff regulations is beneficial
15. You demonstrate high level of drive, resilience, and the ability to stay focused under pressure
16. Excellent communication and advisory skills at all levels
17. You work in a structured, results‑oriented, and self‑driven manner
18. Your strong assertiveness combined with diplomacy round up your professional profile
19. Strong digital competence / tech‑savvy mindset
20. Very good command of English, both written and spoken
21. You confidently use MS Office and SAP HR
