We're seeking a hands-on professional to lead the development of retail strategies for petrol stations, convenience stores, and independent retailers.
The ideal candidate will oversee go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring compliance with regulations and collaborating with sales and key account teams.
This role involves driving shopper engagement through data-driven campaigns, analyzing retail performance, and maintaining competitive intelligence across categories.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform trade marketing strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
* A degree in Sales or Marketing
* At least 3 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing
* Strong command of MS Office, SAP, and trade marketing tools. Nielsen/IRI is an asset
* Excellent understanding of shopper behavior and what drives sell-through at point of sale
