Tasks
* Build and evolve backend systems and APIs in Django
* Own architecture decisions: scalability, reliability, maintainability
* Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
* Apply clean code practices, design patterns, and strong system design principles. Refactor major parts of the codebase for better long-term maintainability using modern tools such as Claude Code
* Collaborate on frontend work in React (feature work, integration, performance, DX)
* Use and improve AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., faster iteration, better quality, automation)
Requirements
* Strong experience in full-stack development, with a backend focus
* Solid knowledge of architecture, design patterns, and clean-code practices
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD (build pipelines, testing, deployments, release processes)
* Heavy testing and QA practices
* Comfort working across the stack: React + Django
* Familiarity with modern development workflows and tooling, including AI-assisted development
* Bonus: exposure to (or curiosity for) Go and/or Rust as we expand parts of the system
