Our client is a leading international banking institution, firmly established in Luxembourg and widely recognised for its expertise in Wealth Management.
As part of the expansion of its activities, the bank is strengthening its Trades & Payments team, which is part of the Client Services Luxembourg department. This strategic team provides support to client advisors based in Luxembourg as well as to several international markets (Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and emerging regions).

Within a demanding and international environment, you will act as an operational reference for cash and securities transactions.
Your main mission is to oversee and execute money market operations across various international markets.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
* Booking of multi-currency loans, time deposits, and dual currency deposits
* Capture and processing of securities transactions
* Capture of FX and DCD deals
* Management of corporate actions / AIFs
* Processing of international payments (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO20022)
* Execution of securities transfers
* Close coordination with Front Office, Operations, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Cash Management teams
* Yield and margin calculations, controls, and validation processes
* Contribution to continuous improvement projects (simplification, automation)
* Participation in testing phases / UAT, particularly on the Avaloq banking platform
* Support to Front Office teams and handling of operational requests.
This role requires strong accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work in a high‑volume environment with strict deadlines.
You have a solid first experience in a banking environment, ideally in Wealth Management, Back/Middle Office, or Payments.
Technical skills:
* Excellent command of Excel (data analysis, reporting)
* Good knowledge of international payments (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO20022)
* Experience with Testing / UAT and ctB projects
* Knowledge of the Avaloq platform is a strong asset
* Fluency in English (professional level)
* German is a major asset; French is a plus
