Join us as a Quality & Operations Assistant via Leased Labor (18-month) (m/f/d) Your mission Establish and optimize quality operation processes to ensure project quality standards Monitor project risks during project execution and help to improve Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues Develop and maintain operation management documentation and standards S upport internal and external audits Drive continuous quality improvement and operational efficiency Your areas of expertise Educational Background : Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering related majors or other similar study background Work Experience : Ideally 1 years in Engineering R&D domain (Renewables) or 1 years in quality operations work in other fields Language Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. German language skills would be a plus. Knowledge & Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international working environment Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
