We are seeking a passionate, dynamic SAP S/4HANA Business Expert to join this exciting time for Carl Zeiss Meditec AG. You will be responsible for managing business requirements and designing required process adaptions within Roll-ins.
You will be required to have in-depth understanding of end-to-end processes and business requirements that specifically focus within an SAP environment. You must have excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills, that will enable you to navigate through the complexity and pace of the program.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (incl. business roles, data design) in the context of the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners
* Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization, such as SAP, Jaggaer and others and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, like data cleansing
* Provide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modelling, data cleansing, …)
* Generate process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes
* Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
* Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/ segments)
* Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user training
* Actively drive Change and Communication activities. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote the transformation agenda. Manage change proactively by engaging stakeholders and facilitating adaptation to new processes and systems. Prepare training materials and actively train key users and further stakeholders.
* Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
* Relevant professional experience in implementing projects within SAP procure-to-pay solutions
* Excellent knowledge of end-to-end business processes like supplier management, purchase order processing, goods & service reception, accounts payable, payment processing, procurement compliance and approvals and cross functional processes.
* Proven methodological know-how of local fit-gap analyses and process design, as well as strong ability to grasp complex process issues in SAP and prepare them in a target group-specific manner.
* Relevant industry knowledge and expertise in necessary tools like Signavio and JIRA.
* Strong decision-making acumen and ability to reach consensus/compromises on process designs among different stakeholders
* Experience with SAP R/3 and ideally SAP S/4HANA as well as relevant third-party business systems
* Excellent conceptual, analytical and communication skills
* Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus.
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%) to actively support and assist local entities.
