In addition to day-to-day project concept consulting particularly in the areas of income and social taxes, immigration and (employment) law) for our business, you drive the implementation of a global project consulting foundation and connect with our business managers to ensure speed of personnel mobilization in a compliant, repeatable way.How You'll Make an ImpactResponsibility for providing global mobility-focused business project consulting to your business partners in your assigned business unit for both bids/offers and orders, ensuring that the project concepts follow all relevant immigration, tax, social security and labor lawsIdentifying the global mobility (GMM) needs of your internal customers as well as developing country assignment concepts & business focused concepts for customer projects in both the offer (bid stage) and execution phasesDriving optimization and implementation of cross-border ways of working defined during best practice sharing sessions internally as well as externallyPartnering up with colleagues across vendors, HR and legal organization as well as with the corporate tax function in various countries; understanding specific tax concepts and their impact on the business; proactively finding effective solutions for the business to succeed in the bidding stage of the projects while collaborating with teams from the businessContinuously driving optimization & efficiency by leveraging as well as further developing both internal and external conceptual solutionsLeading by example, sharing your knowledge on a regular basis with business and within the GMM stakeholder community on customer project consulting concepts, challenges, and opportunitiesProactively reaching out to the business virtually and in person with a focus on consulting on strategic assignment concepts within our projectsIdentifying & understanding risk associated with cross border business, finding solutions on how to avoid risk for the business, creating suitable and cost-efficient solutionsBringing fresh ideas on project consulting topics by applying your knowledge and sharing these with the business and GMM stakeholder communityWhat You BringUniversity degree in Business Administration or a related field of studyLongstanding professional experience combined with a solid background in International Human Resources and Tax ConsultingThorough understanding and work experience of the energy /EPC sector operating model or similar technical sector, particularly with regards to international project workDeep knowledge of project commercials from the bid through project close-out stages and ability to influence Siemens Energy's commercial propositions through your Global Mobility expertiseOutstanding communication and presentation skills with the flexibility to work in a global team of experts and interest in global mobility trendsFluent in written and spoken English and willingness to travel (infrequent travel is expected)About the TeamIn our Business Functions we enable our organization to reach their targets by providing best-in class services and solutions in the areas of IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology and more.Who is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
