About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Planning Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end preparation of the three-year Corporate Operational Plan, coordinating inputs from various business lines and ensuring alignment with Group strategic priorities and sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Corporate Operational Planning (COP): Prepare and coordinate the corporate operational plan, ensuring alignment with Group strategic priorities and sustainability objectives.
* Performance Monitoring and Steering: Monitor and analyze operational performance against the annual plan, identifying deviations and contributing to steering proposals to ensure corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
* Strategic Analysis and Reporting: Provide detailed data analyses, reports, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
* Capital Planning Process: Translate business planning into a capital plan by leading an efficient and thorough corporate planning process.
* Maintaining dashboards: Update and maintain information in business planning tools.
