Job Title: M365 Endpoint Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled M365 Endpoint Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will provide Level 2 support on escalations from Level 1, resolve complex incidents, and perform daily reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as Level 2 support on escalations from Level 1 to solve complex incidents.
* Provide daily reporting activities to the IT Support Coordinator.
* Support end-users in standard services, including requests and incidents.
* Resolve any type of support request.
* Perform system monitoring to proactively identify operational issues and manage systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in IT.
* Minimum 2 years of experience with proven skills in supporting, deploying, configuring, and administering endpoints.
* Knowledge and product experience with M365 suite, including Teams, Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint, Intune, licensing, and Security.
* PowerShell scripting knowledge for performing various support and administrative tasks.
* ITIL certification preferred.
* Good communication and analytical skills.
* Results-oriented, resistant to stress, and user-focused.
* Proactive, curious, flexible, and collaborative in solving incidents.
* Proficient in English; French and/or German an asset.
