HR Assistant Job Summary
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of personnel data by adding, editing, and updating records in our core HR tools. You will also prepare and issue various documents such as employment agreements and policy acknowledgments. Additionally, you will manage global compliance initiatives including New Hire Onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in an HR or recruiting administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
German: Native or fluent speaker required.
English: Fluent professional communication skills are essential.
